Waiting for Baby. We first met for a branding shoot for her yoga practice, OK Yoga. Later, she asked me to capture something much more personal: the last weeks of her pregnancy, and then the first weeks with her baby. The same person, the same place, and a whole new chapter.
For the maternity session, I wanted the photos to feel like the two of them: warm, close and a little playful. Simple white clothes, soft natural light, and no stiff posing. His hands around her belly, a kiss, a quiet hug, the ultrasound photos and tiny knitted booties. And of course a tree pose together, with their ginger cat joining in for a few frames.
A few weeks later, I came back to meet the baby. Newborn photography is about patience. I work quietly and follow the baby's rhythm: tiny hands and feet, sleepy yawns, the first days of holding and getting to know each other. Parents don't need to perform for the camera. They can simply be together, and I capture what happens.
Pregnancy and the first weeks with a newborn pass so quickly. A maternity and newborn photoshoot keeps those weeks for you and your family: not perfect poses, but how it really felt.

Two people, one belly, and a lot of love. Quiet hugs, playful moments and the calm before everything changes.
Part 2 · First Weeks
Tiny hands, sleepy mornings and a new rhythm for the whole family. No stiff poses, just real moments as they happened.
